And ONE at Windermere didn’t want to be that cookie-cutter subdivision that reminded these homeowners of their parents’ style home. ONE is definitely not your parents’ suburb. And that led to the campaign “Don’t be beige”. Not only did ONE stand out amongst its competitors, this campaign resulted in four times as much traffic to the ONE show homes as expected.
