Outthinking, in its simplest form, is where we access an “outsider” (i.e. someone outside of both advertising and our client’s industry) to help broaden or shift perspective on a given project. Based on the business or creative challenge at hand, we source the most appropriate outside expert to be the Outthinker and tap into thousands of hours worth of expertise. This allows for fresh, yet relevant insights to help build your brand.

Natalie has been creating things since she was 6, and was known for her “surprise endings.” Surprise, surprise, she started an agency. Giants & Gentlemen was founded on a philosophy she’s practiced her entire career: do great work that stands out, ego-free. With a whack of industry awards and creds as a Registered Graphic Designer, she challenges the G&G team to do innovative work that’s always beautifully crafted. (Some say OCD, we say high standards.)

Alanna Nathanson

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer

Alanna is one those rare award-winning creatives that actually loves business, so… she started one. Giants & Gentlemen was founded on a philosophy she’s practiced her entire career: do great work that stands out, ego-free. Her drive to nurture young talent and push for excellence is a testament to all of the work that leaves the agency. She also impresses with her ability to pair the right cabernet with fries.

Gino Cantalini

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Gino understands clients because he was one for 18 years, in senior leadership positions at places like Colgate, Campbell’s Soup and TELUS. This explains his obsession with work that gets results. At G&G, his sharp insights inspire smart work for all of our clients. Like all great strategists, Gino knows a lot about a lot but still loves diving through piles of research to strike gold, which he has many times on the awards circuit. As a Brand Director at Labatt, he earned two Cannes Lions Awards and was named Marketing Magazine’s “Marketer that Matters”. But you can call him what we do—”Tim Bits Guy”.
